Fresh Food Thursday | Pumpkin Muffins

Easiest recipe ever.

1. Buy one 15-oz can of pumpkin puree & one box of cake mix. Spice. Yellow. Chocolate. or anything you think would be good. My favorite is spice.
2. Mix together until creamy.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

See? I told you it was easy. You can also add chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, nuts, or any number of goodies to the recipe. Sometimes, I add icing to the top to make it a cupcake.

Regardless of how you make your muffins, enjoy with hot coffee or apple cider.

  1. I think most of us who present at conferences have had similar exespiencer. I know I have. So, I agree with the other commenters. Keep on moving forward. The INK members have a lot to offer schools and teachers.
