Liz + Henrik | MARRIED (again)!

You’ve met them before. Possibly a few times, actually. Liz & Henrik. I shot their engagement session last spring, photographed and designed their Christmas cards this winter, and simply had a blast working with these two all year!

They love to joke around.
They love to laugh.
But mostly, they just LOVE.

Anyone who knows them, or even sees them for a split second, knows how head-over-heels they are for each other. They’ve had a crazy, world-wide romance, starting in DC and moving to places like Dubai and Sweden. They actually had their first, official wedding in Sweden (Henrik’s neck of the woods) on July 9, 2011.
It looked gorgeous!
They looked gorgeous!

And on December 17, they tied the knot the good, old fashioned American way. With a big, Catholic ceremony just outside of DC and an even bigger Christmas / Polish reception in downtown Philadelphia, complete with pirogi, golumpki, and polka dancing. Everything was top-notch, perfect, and FUN. Just like Liz & Henrik.

So, without further ado: Liz & Henrik!

Liz & Henrik opted for the First Look. It makes the day so much easier for everyone involved!

Liz’s grandfather sang a number of traditional Polish songs … in Polish. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place.
